We began building an infra-structure for Handle With Care in 2018. That work included learning
about the moving industry and establishing a clear vision and purpose for the business. We knew
our greatest assets going into this venture would be experience and leadership. We also knew that regardless of the industry and product or service being offered, customer service would ultimately determine our success or failure.
Customer service is ingrained in our business culture. It comes from extensive customer service experience in various industries with responsibilities for establishing, developing and maintaining customer relationships. It also comes with the people here, who work to do their best, be their best
